Throughout the year, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Alsadoon, and I can confidently say that she is an outstanding leader. Her dedication and passion for her work are evident in everything she does. She is an expert in her field, and her knowledge is evident in her teaching and research. She is able to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, making her classes both engaging and informative.

Abeer enhance her skills to contribute effectively to school, university, and community. She undertakes professional development courses regularly and participates and contributes in ACS seminars, international conferences. In last 5 years, she has taken over membership of and is contributing to various professional bodies in the field such as Australian Computer Society and IEEE.

We met many people every day, but only some leave the marks, and one of them is Dr. Abeer. I knew Dr. Abeer for more than three years during her teaching and research roles at CSU. I have been work closely with Dr. Abeer on several research projects. I was impressed by her abilities and skills to manage a large number of ongoing research projects and publications. She always strives for excellence and the highest qualities in research and teaching. Dr. Abeer is a success story that proves dreams do come true if we believe in them. As a teaching staff and researcher Dr. Abeer will have my highest recommendations.

Abeer is such a nice person to have around and she is my professor in the University as well. She is not only a great teacher/colleague but also a very good leader in teaching and research with over many years of valuable experience.She is very creative, hands-on, and organised. She is the right person to go to when you need help with research paper, motivation and is always open to discuss ideas and suggestions. I learned a lot about leadership from her, and it is a pleasure to recommend her for quality teaching and research work.

I have worked with Dr.Abeer under differnet circumbstances. She was my Professor, she was my Project guide and she was my colleage. She never failed to amuse students in any of the roles. Always ready to explain any questions & any number of times. Extremely pro-active and motive students to achieve to their core. She always kept the students motivated and shared knowledge. I believe she is one of the best teacher I ever had, as her people skills are highly developed. She knows how to bring the best out of each student and is an outstanding mentor.

I had the pleasure of working with Abeer for three years at CSU. I see Abeer as a rare example of an effective and helpful lecturer and researcher. I enjoyed working with her for three years. She holds a powerful combination of expert knowledge and innate leadership abilities. I believe she is always adding a positive contribution to any workplace work in. I wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Abeer received excellence in teaching and research awards every year. In 2019, Abeer was "Nationally" recognized as being a finalist - one of the five - for the prestigious 2019 Australian Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards in the category of Emerging Female Leader in the Government and Public Sector.

Dr Abeer Alsadoon not only inspired her students (evidenced by her popularity and the continuous positive feedback she gets), she also mentored and inspired her colleagues. I had the privilege to work with her in my role as assistant supervisor for the ITC571 capstone project she taught, lectured and continuously improved. We both did this under the tutelage of Prof. Chandana Whithana. During the three years, she was my mentor on these projects and I acquired much of my current research skills from her. I was inspired by her diligence and constant striving for excellence which made me the researcher I am today.

Abeer’s research output has been nothing less than astounding over the past several years. Not only has she published many papers as both lead author and as co-author, she has published several papers in high quality journals. This is even more impressive given Abeer’s role as Lecturer/Associate IT Course Coordinator was a teaching intensive role with very little time allocation for research. This demonstrates that Abeer is a highly motivated person who goes above and beyond as an academic.

She is a kind of power and activity.

She is an exceptional academic leader who brings vision, collaboration, and mentorship to her role. Her ability to inspire others, foster inclusivity, and drive positive change sets her apart as a true asset to the academic community. I have no doubt that she will continue to make significant contributions in her leadership endeavors and positively impact the academic landscape.
